Labo VR Support for Mario Odyssey and Zelda BOTW

With the release of the Nintendo Labo VR kit only a week away, Nintendo in their usual style have announced this morning that free updates are coming to two of their most popular franchises on the Nintendo Switch.

Yes that’s right updates for Super Mario Odyssey and The Legend of Zelda Breath of The Wild will be made available to be used with the Labo VR set.

The Mario update will add in 3 new mini missions that will mean revisiting the Cap, Seaside and Luncheon Kingdoms to collect musical notes and coins. With Zelda a new option will be added to the menu that once activated will mean you can experience the adventures of Link in a new and exciting way.

If you should wish to try this of course you’ll need to pick up the Nintendo Labo VR Kit once it’s released next Friday. Hearing of these free updates to both fantastic games are really tempting for us to pick this up and see how they play. You have to love Nintendo for these lkittle gems that they announce.

Will you be picking it up to try these new additions?
